At NWSL Shop, we want you to represent your favorite club with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund total.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
